A shared, ethical and responsible vision
C&C Immobilier was founded in 2017, when Cesar Perez and Clarel Flavien decided to join forces to restore business’ confidence in the construction industry. Their idea was to reinvent the project management approach by basing it on transparency, cost optimization and the sharing of risks and opportunities.
Having collaborated in the past, the two partners have now been working together for more than 8 years on a wide range of commercial, multi-residential and industrial projects.
César Perez
A visionary leader specializing in project management

He has more than 20 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects in Quebec and abroad. In addition to his uncanny ability to identify problems and find innovative solutions for complex projects, Cesar brings exceptional management skills to the table. His goal is to deliver projects that meet your needs and live up to your ambitions, while optimizing costs and reducing risks.
Having trained as an engineer, Cesar is motivated to take on challenging projects that he can bring to life with the team of experts he oversees.

Clarel Flavien
A pragmatic leader specializing in project management
Thoughtful, analytical, down-to-earth and meticulous. This is how most people describe Clarel.
With 20 years of experience in construction project management, including 13 in Quebec, Clarel knows how to effectively manage projects and resolve even the most complex problems. Known for his firm yet diplomatic approach, Clarel aims for balance and efficiency with concrete solutions that support the client’s best interests.
Having trained as an engineer, he’s always on the lookout for continuous improvement opportunities. In addition, Clarel’s indepth knowledge of construction methods makes him an invaluable resource for his team of designers, who he thoroughly enjoys working with.
